Daniel answered all our questions prior to our holiday and helped us throughout the booking process. Being first time AirBNB users this was a relief for us. When we arrived we where met by Sylvia and Thomas. Perfect hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble for Thomas and he was there to help us throughout our trip with a range of questions. The accommodation was perfect for us. Beautiful setting, breathtaking views. Swimming pool was utilised everyday and night. Nothing better than enjoying a quiet drink and meal in the garden. A 15 min walk to Victoria and in central location to everywhere by car. We visited as a family of 4 my children 7 & 10. They loved having their own room and the freedom of the pool. Wifi was a treat as they were able to play their iPads in the evening whilst chilling out. Highly recommend this property. Gozo is an absolute gem and Sylvia's mill house was a fantastic place to see it all from. Missing it already and only just arrived back this evening!

If you want to experience the Gozo lifestyle this is the place to stay! The farmhouse is better than the pictures - great pool. The hosts are very accommodating. Daniel's dad Thomas met us at the ferry and settled us into the farmhouse (including a trip to the supermarket). Our family (2 A + 2 CH) had a fabulous time at the farmhouse. Everyone in the village is really friendly too. Close to: bus stop, supermarket & restaurants. You can walk or get the bus around to other parts of the island too. Would definitely stay again!

We did not meet Daniel, his dad Thomas does the hosting. But let's just say, Thomas and Sylvia are the some nicest people we've ever met, and we felt at home with them straight away. Staying at Sylvia's Mill House was just the place we needed after a long winter and US presidential election. Sylvia's eyes light up remembering her childhood home, her family, and how a donkey was used to grind ( hence mill house) right in the middle where a family dining table now stands. The house has some relics from these days passed, and takes the imagination away to a time when life was much harder, but simpler. The back view overlooks a small valley with tiny farms, and right into Victoria which is not far away and in walking distance. At night, look out from the upper back balcony of the bedrooms to capture the cathedrals lit up... it is an absolutely amazing view your camera will not want to miss! In the morning, you will hear the olde world still inhabiting the area with roosters, chickens and a donkey across the 'gorge', men selling local produce from their trucks, women coming out and buying what they need for the day. It's a travel back in time with modern conveniences. I could go on about all that we loved about the millhouse, including days just relaxing by the pool side and doing nothing. Sylvia's Mill House is perfect if you want to get away from the crowds, and want to walk into town to be part of the action. Be sure to visit Ta' Philip restaurant near the Mgarr ferry terminal for wonderful local faire, and excellent service. Reservations are recommended. If your heart is big enough, please consider helping out the local stray kitties with your left overs, milk, or whatever you can do for them. Thank You, Thomas and Sylvia, for being gracious, warm, and responsive hosts. We will never forget our time on Gozo, and with you. Grazzi hafna, Elizabeth & Dan Pasko

The host is fantastic and extremley helpful in greeting you and ensuring you have everything you need. The house is very peaceful and in a lovely setting. Close enough to the centre to walk and access all amenities. Gozo is a great setting for a relaxing trip and we much preferred it to Malta. We would visit again, when it's a bit warmer!
