Hello and welcome to Solvik!

Please do not touch the settings on the radiators. They know themselves when to switch on and off. Remember not to put anything against them because they can become very hot!

The toilet: Remember to flush sparingly, it is not necessary to flush every time you urinated. The toilet is connected to a tank which fills up pretty quickly if you flush too much. Always use half flush when you pee, you can throw the toilet paper in the trash next to the toiler instead of in it. If you do that other thing you're of course free to flush as much as needed, but with half flushs. A tip is to sprinkle some WC cleaner in the toilet after use. Thank you!

You connect the washing machine by plugging in the hose to the bottom of the shower faucet. Power is switched on above the washing machine. Turn on the cold water from the shower before you start the machine.

The dishwasher: Turn on the water at the tap if it is not on already. Press the button on the machine and run the washing program you wish.

You are welcome to use the seasoning if necessary. BBQ available.

Cleaning List is appended to make it easier for your departure.

Hope you have a great stay!

Nina rents a cozy little cottage close to Docksta. It's a perfect starting point for all the attractions and highlights in the region. Enjoy the sunset on the terrace and the calm nature around. The only minor setback was the toilet and shower situation. But still you should consider to rent Nina's place!

We stayed with 3 people in the cottage, which is very cosy and has a beautiful view to the sea. The cottage is furnished very personal, but that makes you feel more like at home than in a holiday cottage. We didn't meet Nina in person, but they helped us immediately with our problems and were very friendly. Thank you for the nice stay in Docksta! :)

Great place! It has a nice porch with a wonderful view for sunny days and is very cozy inside for colder weather. The place is totally child friendly with lots of children’s books and a swing and trampoline in the back yard. It is equipped with everything you need and nicely furnished (e.g., beautiful tableware). The location is great, too, you can reach Skuleberget, Höga Kusten naturum, and Skuleskogen national park in a couple of minutes! We didn’t meet Nina in person but communication was uncomplicated and Nina was always very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time there!

Nina was very communicative over airbnb and really helpful with all of the details. Whilst we didn't meet anyone in person, we felt very welcome. The house is really nice - there were two single beds, a double, a sofa and a mattress to go on the floor, so it was just the right size for the six of us. The kitchen and facilities were great, and there's a lovely decking area complete with an awning (and heaters) that we used for BBQs every evening. The cottage is quite high up and has a really nice view out across the water. The area is incredible, with Skuleberget (and its Via Ferrata) only a few minutes away, plus loads of hiking and rock climbing nearby. We hope to come back for a longer stay soon!

Nina was a great host. She and her husband took care of everything we needed. The place is so cosy and the area one of the most beautiful of Sweden we think! It was a great decision to stay at her place! It's very easy to feel at home.

Very nice cabin in a fantastic environment. We love the short time we spent here and we found many activities with the kids in spite of a fairly bad weather. We will definitely come back again in this part of sweden.

Mysig stuga, lugnt område o nära till nationalparken där vi hade fina vandringar. WC o dusch i enklaste laget men fungerar.

Response from Nina:
