Our Quartermile apartment is a stunning, comfortable, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Edinburgh city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. It's on the 4th floor of a luxury development (elevator to the door), and importantly is one of the premium apartments that faces towards the park and beyond.
The Quartermile apartment has 2 bedrooms and for the 5th guest there is a comfy double sofa bed in the living room - recommended for teenagers and younger. Travel cot also available.
The living room is lovely and bright, the sofa with chaise longue is extremely comfortable, and the floorplan opens to a dining area and the kitchen (the area is much larger than it looks in the photos). The living room glass wall is the width of the room and slides open, just lovely fresh air in the warm weather. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. There's also a laundry room with a washer and a separate tumble dryer.
There's a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and sink and also a showerroom with walk in shower, sink, wc.
Extras: - Wifi internet. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and fresh milk in fridge. Towels, linens, tea towels, new washing up sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent all provided.
Within the actual development there's a good sized Sainsburys grocery shop, a Starbucks, Peters yard cafe and bakery, and restaurants. On the doorstep there are many restaurants, cafes, pubs, National Museum of Scotland, taxi ranks, pharmacys etc. The Royal Mile is just over a 5 minutes walk away.
There is a parking garage at the Quartermile and it is by pay and display - ask for details. Managed by Astra and Avril of Edinburgh Villa, with great reviews for comfort, affordability, and service for 6 years now!

Sainsburys grocery store, Starbucks and a Peters Yard bakery/cafe all located in this development.
