This charming 5 bedroom house is 5 minutes from the strip on Tropicana Avenue. It is accessible by bus from the airport and the strip or I can offer a ride for a minimal flat fee. Every room is tastefully decorated and kept very clean.
This Cozy house has 3 rooms you can rent that are private and quiet, with a separate entrance from the other 2 one bedroom space at the front of the house. Each room is perfect for a good nite's sleep after a long tiring day on the strip or elsewhere. The best part is that there is no Resort fees per day !! The beds are all Queen size beds with clean fresh sheets and towels.
Kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room are well maintained and clean. There is TV in the living room with DVD player and Netflix.
Interaction with guests
I will be home most of the time ( I live at the front part of the house converted to a one bedroom with separate entrance) as I am doing some garden renovations. If you have a problem with me living in the adjacent part of the house then this place is not for you. I can be invisible through out your stay and also accessible by text or email if you need my help.
Other things to note
The use of the washer and dryer is $5 including detergent and fabric softener for one load of washing. If you are staying more than one week, there is no charge for the use of washer and dryer. There is no TV in the rooms only in the living room, no pets and no smoking in the house. Please note: The house is also being rented per room on some days, please check with me the availability of the entire house before booking. The floor was just repainted and I would appreciate it if guests will not wear shoes inside the house (optional).
Please clean up after yourself when using bathroom, kitchen and dining area. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house but outside smoking is ok. No outside shoes allowed in the house. Please bring your own house slippers/socks for inside use or you may use provided slippers in the house. No loud noise, music or TV from 10pm to 10am.

I was born and raised in Manila and have been in the USA for more than 15 years. I spent the last 13 years living in New York and loved it but when I was able to buy this house, I finally decided to move to Las Vegas. I am in the process of renovating and making this house a home so I hope you are quite patient with the chaos and construction outside the yard but I'm doing my best.
I hope I can be a good host as I always love meeting new people and helping out when I can.
I like playing the older brother/friend to my guests. I can be invisible in the house but am here to make your stay pleasant, safe and comfortable as I can, so don't hesitate to ask and I will definitely try my best to accommodate you.
My passion is traveling and pottery. I've worked as a flight attendant for 9 years in NYC and I got burnt out. Now that I've seen the world, been to places that I haven't even imagined existed, lived in my suitcase for 9 years and literally on the plane every day, I'm done for now.
I'm working on the house now, making it a comfortable and safe refuge for myself and my guests and eventually set up my pottery studio and create pottery again. With much patience and persistence, I'll get there. soon I hope.
