Loved this house...really no close neighbors so very quiet, outbuildings were fun to imagine what they were used for that many years ago. The kitchen was big and well stocked, bed comfortable, a country feel but close to town. Be aware that there is no TV and a very small coffeep…

Response from Kathleen:
Hi Nanette, this was our first season of getting the house up and running. A TV is on our list for next year. If you come back next year I will get you a large coffee maker. the farm was a old dairy farm it was owned by James Sanfords family since 1900. We bought the farm in Dec. painted the outside, painted the inside, put in new flooring, tore down the ceiling that was suspended. Put in new light fixtures upgraded the outside wiring, upgraded the inside wiring ,graved the road, stained the old building some of them and did a make over on the bunk house.I am 70 years old and this has been a act of love.the one old building was a cooling system for the milk, the other close to the home is the pump house and food storage, the little one next to the home we call the chicken house. the large one he parked his car in there for 50 years I have been told. glad you enjoyed yourself hope to do better for you next time thanks for you interest.

The place is a gem! Located on a quiet and secluded road but very close to everything. You can feel history everywhere in the house. Just awesome!

This is probably my favorite Airbnb ever! It’s such a charming place with personal touches throughout the house. We were able to cook a full meal in the quaint but fully supplied kitchen. The beds were super comfy and the entire place was sparkling clean! The bathtub was luxur…
