Paris, Île-de-France, France

To start the day, nothing better than a good breakfast. In Ledru-Rollin, the one who reigns in this matter is Italian, is called Capucine and is located in the passage Saint-Bernard. Coffee, tasty and bitter in point, is here all over the place espresso macchiato (espresso with a light layer of milk froth) through the marocchino (ristretto with milk foam and cocoa) or latte. For us it will be the classic but delicious cappuccino (€ 3.50) that accompanies an Italian croissant filled with apricot jam or custard. Before leaving, we wrap up again and again so much as to touch the tachycardia. We are ready!

Borrowing rue des Taillandiers, we head to one of the most prestigious design galleries in the city. In the magnificent building designed by the famous Jean Nouvel, the gallery Patrick Seguin presents on 300 m2 a part of the gratin of French designers including Le Corbusier, freshly labeled Unesco, his cousin Pierre Jeanneret and the awesome Jean Prouvé. On site, it is a plethora of sitting objects found (sofas, chairs, sofas ...) well accompanied by some other furniture. Here and there we come across emblematic works and models of archi. And each time, the result is beautiful.

the market of Aligre located on the square of the same name. Whether outside or in the hall, this popular market is delightful both for its atypical and colorful and for its products, fresh and varied. Fishmonger, butcher, scoop or cheese, everything is at unbeatable prices. Special mention for the beer cellar located indoors, and for the beautiful flowers.

Difficult to walk in the neighborhood without a walk in the square Trousseau. Between its massive boxwood, its hawthorn flowers and two huge soap, the place is ideal to offer a parenthesis away from the eyes of passersby. One would even hit a nap in front of the huge bandstand.

Sleeping is good, heating the card is better. On the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, a shop with the name of choice (the Souk Parisien) offers a wide range of objects in Western fashion: French delicatessen, delicacies made in US, blue-white-red designer jewelry ... The whole is between 70 cents (the lollipop) and 167,50 € (the Albertine swimsuit).

In another genre, the Cuve à son allows you to get a vinyl while leaving with a bottle of wine under the elbow. On shelves here and there, organic wines and even natures ranging from 14 to 44 € alongside cakes in nine or occas, in all genres or almost. Better yet: for a bottle bought, even a beer at 6 €, we leave with a vinyl at 5 €. Nice, no?

To taste it, we give our full trust to Fabrice Le Bourdat, former Bristrol in Paris and Martinez in Cannes, who offers sweet wheat, rue Antoine-Vollon, pastries competition. Whether it's the taste of Paradise (shortbread coconut, milk chocolate ganache, a touch of passion and coconut milk), lemon tart or Vollon (almond, praline, chocolate and vanilla), everything is to die for.
