Clean, zen space with lots of windows and closeness to nature. House sits on nearly an acre of land with mature trees and open sunny spaces across the street from Lake Minnetonka, with glimpses of the bay and a quiet harbor.

You can use our paddle boards. Excellent area for ice-fishing/snowmobiles in winter! Yard lends itself to fun for family/friends. We love living here part-time and enjoy hosting guests when we're away.

The space
The house has been largely remodeled. Feel free to eat from the organic garden. Cleaning products used are all natural, so for chemically sensitive individuals, you can feel truly at home and at ease. There are air diffusers and a wide variety essential oils available, if you'd like.

Backyard is fully fenced, for safety for pets and children. Spacious front yard (over half acre) is unfenced and open, making it perfect for yard games, BBQ, etc. Fire pit and grill area is nestled in a small grove of dozens of pine trees, giving it a great upper midwest feel!
