Originally built in 1902, this historic beauty had fallen into extreme disrepair in recent years. We saw her potential, took a chance and started renovating. It's a work in progress.

She's beautiful, but OLD, with lots of quirks and creaks and groans. If you're as charmed by the idiosyncrasies of old Victorian homes as we are, then we're happy to welcome you.

The space
This historic property features many unique details including original mahogany woodwork, several fireplaces (the one downstairs even works!), a beautiful solarium and an original, old-fashioned pastry sink!

Incredibly spacious and accommodating, this house provides nearly 6000 sq ft of living space. You are welcome to use the 1st and 2nd floors. (Both the basement and 3rd floor are under construction and off limits to guests).

There are 5 bedrooms which provide guests with 2 double beds and 2 queen beds. And 1 queen air mattress.

Enjoy the use of a full kitchen, living room, dining room and solarium, along with 3.5 baths and an open backyard area with table and chairs. Laundry is also available just off the kitchen.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES: The house does not have forced air conditioning. However, we do have AC window units in several windows on the 2nd floor, so you should be able to lounge and sleep comfortably on hot days. The window air conditioners are remove when the temp is below 60. The fireplace downstairs is GAS and must be turned on by the host. We're happy to help set you up to use it, but please let us know beforehand.

AGAIN, this is an old, old, old house! We're still in the process of restoring. You'll notice some flaws, mostly cosmetic in nature, that we're working to fix. We ask that you be patient and kind and gentle with this old beauty and always let us know if you need help with anything! We're here to make sure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Guest access
Guests may use the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. Please enjoy the backyard as well! We live next door and offer a garden and barbecue area, which guests may use if they notify us beforehand.

Other things to note
The 3rd floor and basement are under renovation and are not to be used by guests.
