Il Giardino di Giulia II is only 2 miles far from S. Peter (Vatican) and consequently from the very centre of the town such as Castel S. Angelo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and so on. A very good restaurant is close to the house.
Also close to the property there are the Imperial Forums, one of the largest areas in the world where digging, research and studies are still under way. Staying at Michele's place was fantastic! It was really private, had a comfy bed and private bathroom! Also amazing outside area with a terrace to sit and enjoy your time! Michele was super helpful we'd recommend to anyone!

This was a great place to stay for visiting Rome. It's a little far away from the city but the host is very nice and has a lot of information about touring.

Appartment is perfect for couple of days in Rome. It's big enough, clean and you can find there everything you need. It has a beautiful garden, parking spot for guests. Also the neighbourhood is quiet and not so far from the center, you can easily get there by bus. Michele is a perfect host, that will help with everything you need. Wish all the hosts were like him! I strongly recommend!

Michele was great! He picked my husband and I up at the train station because he was worried that we'd have to wait too long in a Sunday for the bus to get to the apartment. The apartment was as pictured on Airbnb. Lots of hangers in the closet. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Excellent coffee provided - croissants, jam, juice in the refrigerator for breakfast. Everything was very clean. Location a bit distant from city center but busses were close by and ran on a regular basis. Michele was prompt in answering any questions we had.

This place is actually like a apartment not a private room. There is everything you can ask for. Big room, beautiful bathroom, equipped kitchen, private parking in the yard, cool terrace to sit outside. And the host.... Super helpful guy. Very sincere, friendly and overall cool man. Definately will go there again. And thank you for helping me with my worn tire problem :)

I had stayed at Michele's flat along with my husband at Rome for three nights. It was our third experience of staying with someone at Airbnb. We were having few reservations initially but we had a very good experience. This was a bit different from earlier places as here you are not sharing someone's flat. Rather Michele's flat is only meant for B&B for two sets of people and the apartment is really big and you only share kitchen with another guest. On first day, the flat seemed to be located rather far away but later on, we found convenient routes to major tourist attractions in the city. I also found that unlike other places, Michele is catering for adequate breakfast. Although it is not mentioned, Michele charges additional 3 Euros per person per night as city tax. This should be mentioned explicitly in the Airbnb English version without any ambiguity to avoid misunderstandings. I will recommend all visitors to Rome to stay at Michele's flat.
