Our second double bedroom looks straight out under the weeping elm. Enjoy all the pleasure of a country retreat with wild Australian animals at the door, views across the valley and national forest. Walk down the river, pat the horses and enjoy.
This is a magnificent property with gorgeous views and a complete open air plan around its hexagonal shape
Minimum 2 nights
Guests have access to all elements of the property on request
Interaction with guests
We are happy to interact as much or as little as guests like. Some like to join us for dinner. Some like to go out. We are happy either way.
Other things to note
On this property we always carry a mobile phone wherever we go for safety. Please do likewise.
Mature guests only.
Not suitable for toddlers because of the decks and animals.
Drive slowly on the drive because of the 250 kangaroos
This is a 'no smoking' property
Please no extra people unannounced.
(We once had extra guests arrive in camper vans without permission!)
Please eat at the tables and not on the sofas.
Even though we have dogs, we have to say 'no dogs' to protect our wildlife (our dogs grew up with them)
Please do not feed the kangaroos or animals without assistance. They can get sick if fed the wrong thing.
Best not to touch the horses as you can never trust a 750kilo animal really
This is our home and castle. We love it and would love you to enjoy it as much as we do
