Northwest cottage nestled on 1/3 acre woodland garden in quiet upscale Ballard neighborhood. Charming and cozy 990 sq ft historic storybook house built in 1936 with Scandinavian influence. Feature home for 2015 Historic Seattle tour and appearing in “Old House Journal” May 2017 and “American Bungalow” Spring 2016. Comfortably furnished with a mix of antiques.
