Unbelievable and mislead review from Bernadeth. Before confirm booking we exchanged some messages to let her know that we can help her for parking by registering her car with administration fee to building management so she can enjoy free parking during her stay and she agreed to pay Rp.50k registration fee. I purposely came to meet and walked her to the room and explained about the apartment facilities so how come it was difficult to find the location? Furthermore, we helped her to follow up to airbnb and make sure that she will get her cancellation approved and money refund since she asked to shorten her stay due to family urgency and need to fly to Manado. Actually she broke her commitment for a longer stay but we understand her situation and helped her to get a refund and now we received the bad rating? Unbelievable and not a nice guess. The kitchen sink was not clogged but only the cover behind the filter was not taken out so again this is not true. The towel was just finished laundry and we forgot to put it back in the room so she can actually just ask and no big deal.
