A modern renovated and updated Garden level apartment. It has a unique layout, with a large open floor plan design for the main room. The living and dining areas are situated in the front of the room, and a sleeping area with queen sized bed and desk are located at the back, along with a full bathroom. A second room, accessed thru a door near the queen bed features 2 twin style platform beds and an additional bathroom. There is a compact but all modern kitchen, with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and under-counter refrigerator. Included counter appliances are a coffee maker, toaster and tea kettle. Wireless internet and TV with cable are provided.

Guests enjoy private use of the entire space. Reduced rates are sometimes possible for guests who do not need use of the room with 2 twin beds.
Interaction with guests
Guests are greeted and welcomed by the owner, who lives in the main part of the house above the apartment. Once checked in, you will not see the owners unless requested.
Other things to note
We make every effort to reply quickly, usually no more than a few hours. The apartment is non smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside.
The house occupancy is limited to 6 guests (excluding 1 infant). We do offer 1 pack-n-play. Property is restricted to registered guests only. We expect guests to treat the house as you would your own home. This property does charge a $100 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY. As you are renting a home, it is expected that all guests respect the privacy and enjoyment of our neighbors. Free on-street parking with visitor permit provided for 1 vehicle (on-street parking still requires some diligence to be sure you have read the specific parking restrictions on posted signs).
