Our private in-law apartment is bright and features large windows, hardwood floors throughout, a desk to work at and brick wood burning fireplace in Living Room, a fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom and washer and dryer. Situated in a nice neighborhood location it's just minutes away from downtown where you can enjoy dinner out in one of the many restaurants, see a show or listen to live music.
The bedroom has a King size platform bed and couch/lounger unfolds into a full size bed in living room. The large brick hearth on the wood burning fireplace may not be suitable for toddlers. Radiant heat runs throughout the apartment under the floors to keep you warm during the chilly winter season. A new washer and dryer is available for guests use. There is one parking spot designated for guests with small to medium size cars only.
The unit is an in-law apartment, self contained with a private entry. Guests may access everything within the apartment. For emergency exit only through the garage.
Interaction with guests
We will greet you at the beginning of your stay, give you a tour around the apartment, provide you the key and will be available to answer any questions throughout your stay.
Other things to note
There is no maid service.
Extra sheets & towels will be provided if your stay is longer than 7 days.
Smoking is only allowed in the Front Garden where the bistro table and chairs are available for guests use!
Rosie and Evan have lived in Redwood City since 1998. Rosie, a San Francisco native, enjoys hiking, cooking and reading a good book. Evan traveled extensively in the past, generally spending a few weeks in each area to get a feel for it. He also enjoys hiking, biking and is an avid gardener.
