The space
We provide a warm, comfortable studio.
It is private from the rest of the house.
Our view is spectacular which makes our space unique.
The studio sits well to the sun.
We pride ourselves on high standards of cleanliness.
We have an abundance of birdlife.
We are at the gateway to the Otago Peninsula.
We are 5 mins drive to beaches and cafes .
We are 10 mins from Larnach Castle.

Guest access
The studio is totally self contained with a private entrance.
There is access to our shared laundry which is fully equiped with all necessities.
The laundry is available on request between 9am and 8pm .
Entry to the laundry is at the back of the house up the path to the left of the house.
We do not encourage the use of the dryer. We have a clothes line that is well positioned for quick drying.
The garden and deck are also accessible to guests.
Parking is directly in front of the studio. Some guests chose to park on the street, which is a short walk from the studio.

We offer substantial discount for 7 nights, or more, booking .
We do not put our prices up when there are events in Dunedin when accommodation is at a premium .
