Spacious Upper Flat with Den/Office
Prime Potrero Hill Location! Top Flat in 2 Unit Building. Located on the West Side of the hill, this Remodeled Victorian offers the best of both worlds: "Old world charm and detail with modern amenities".

Due to schedule arrangements, We require a minimum reservation of 30 nights for all Guests. While we strive to accommodate your schedule with ours, please note that the calendar is updated to the best of our ability and as far out as we can project. Neither of our hours are 9 to 5, so please be patient for a response. Many Thanks

Guests will have access to the top floor unit. (The backyard and garden is for the lower unit ONLY) Thank you.

Guests will have COMPLETE PRIVACY. ( I will be available by electronic means, and possibly present for you if needed ).

The Best weather in San Francisco is found on Potrero Hill. Not only that, Potrero Hill is centrally located and has easy access to all public transportation, BART (10 minutes or less away) MUNI, Caltrain, U.S. 101 and 280. There are a variety of restaurants for you to choose from in the area. Also, you will be within walking distance to the new UC Medical Center at Mission Bay.

Safe, and walkable, there are multiple MUNI Bus Stops within 1 to 3 Blocks.The Potrero Hill neighborhood has easy access to all public transportation.
- There is MUNI for S.F., city wide public transportation. (For information please refer to their web site)
- Also, Caltrain to locations in the south bay.
( For information please refer to their web sites ).
- The best way to get to this home from the airport, ( SFO ), is to take SuperShuttle or other van services.
- For people driving, there is street parking; however, you must OBEY all street signs, Street Sweeping etc.

Like most SF homes, our bedroom is off a bustling street, which may be challenging for light sleepers. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.

Please Note: For each other's protection, a residential tenancy agreement will have to be signed by guest and host. The agreement may be sent by electronic means, or if timing permits, in person.

Please read below carefully before you decide to make reservations. This is a 2 unit building and we strive to help all of our guests enjoy their stay. Please observe the following. Any violation to any of these will cause eviction or the loss of your security deposit.
1: Only persons on reservation are allowed with a maximum of two guests. Second Guest is with a 15 night minimum. No extra guests or outside visitors allowed. The space has not been Child-Proofed; and is not considered "kid-friendly".
No wet items on wood furniture. Use the Coasters.
No hot items on countertops.
2: Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind.
No smoking anywhere in the building, please. If you smoke in the property, we charge a $250 cleaning fee.
3: Upon entering, or exiting the property, you must properly lock both the gate, and the front door.
4: Entrance to the flat requires a code which is changed after each visitor. Code will be emailed to you after confirmation and close to arrival date.
5: PARKING: We ask that you or your guests do not park in our driveways. Both garages are active. If you park in the driveways, you will get towed. Make sure you observe all parking signs or the parking will not be free.
6:There is no yard access. Signs are posted not to climb through the window, or open the gate. Alarm is 24 Hour monitored. The SFPD response will be taken out of your deposit. Don't do it!
7: Absolutely NO PARTIES in the unit/building. Any guest who drinks excessively, gets drunk or creates problems for other guests will be evicted immediately with no refunds.
8: The Kitchen is to be used strictly for guest's convenience and not for excessive cooking or to cater for outside parties etc. Also, the kitchen is above the master bedroom of the unit below. Please be considerate and avoid excessive noise or gatherings after 10:00 p.m.

9: No Bicycles are to be brought into the property at any time. Locking them outside is at your own risk.

10: We do not allow early check-in or late check-out. The cleaning service needs time to turn over the space.

11: There is only one queen size bed, so please, do not ask to accommodate more than 2 guests.

Paul was a great host! The apartment was in a great location to commute via Caltrain and there was plenty of space to relax and work.

Paul was a fantastic host and just a generally great guy. The place was very well set up, roomy, and he even had biological apples, cereal, milk, coffee, and overall very straightforward instructions and recommendations for the area. Potrero Hill sees some good weather and is a short walk to the mission. If you are looking for somewhere a little away from the hustle of downtown, this place is a great bet (took me 50 minutes to walk into the city in the morning) Highly recommend hanging out at this place. Thanks Paul!

Paul was a great host. He was very helpful with anything that came up. He was also very respectful of one's privacy. The apartment was clean and comfortable and bigger than it appears online. Paul even "stocked up" on the basics before I arrived. It had quick access to the freeway and the on- street parking was no problem.

Place was very nice, spacious and in walking distance of the mission. Host was very nice. Stocked the fridge and had a lot of the amenities available that I had forgot to bring :)

Staying at Paul's is always a pleasure. The place is beautiful, big and well furnished, the kitchen always stocked and Paul is hands down the best host I ever had. I just don't look anywhere else when I have to stay in SF.
