This charming and modern apartment is in the safe and well located neighbourhood of Pinheiros. Near the Faria Lima financial center, only 2 tube stations from the city center or Paulista Av and near the bohemian Vila Madalena.
Please note I do not rent for longer than 3 months.
The flat has been recently refurbished, so everything is new and works well. It`s nicely decorated and very functional. It has appeared in MinhaCasa design magazine. There`s a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (or an air mattress if you prefer). The bedroom has noise reduction windows and ceiling fan.
The building is very simple, with no parking space, but seriously, why would you need a car? The apartment is a few blocks from Faria Lima or Fradique Coutinho subway stations, connected to the bike lane, and next to Teodoro Sampaio, Rebouças and Rua dos Pinheiros, so plenty of public transportation available connecting to anywhere in the city.
Facilities are available within walking distance, supermarkets, street markets, banks, drug stores etc. The region is also considered one of the new gastronomic centres of Sao Paulo, so there are many options of restaurants nearby.
No parking space or facilities in the building. The apartment has a complete kitchen, fast wifi, big screen TV without cable but with internet/Netflix, and washer/drier.
Interaction with guests
I`ll meet with guests when checking in and should be available during your stay.
Other things to note
Please note there is no parking space or cable TV (Netflix works).
A cleaner will clean the flat every week if you stay for longer than 15 days, no extra charge.
I do not rent the flat for longer than 3 months, please don`t insist.
I don`t allow smoking or pets.
I`m both an Airbnb guest and host. I`m Brazilian from Sao Paulo and I work with international affairs and science diplomacy.
When I`m a guest I`m almost always out and about. I like (polite) pets, I don`t smoke and I`m quiet and reserved at first. Like any other human being, I like music (Brazilian), books, exhibitions... and also graffiti, street fairs with local designers, different kinds of food, and any kind of free event that takes place in a public space, like a park or on the streets.
I love traveling just as much as I love the city of Sao Paulo, so when I`m a host I`m more than happy to give tips and suggestions of places to go, things to do. I explore Sao Paulo a lot, so I`m happy to share places I like the most. The best thing about Sampa is that, not being very touristic, you really get a feel of how the place is and how we locals experience it, without being treated as a tourist. If you are a potential guest, I really hope you pick this flat, the location couldn`t be better.
