note: the third bedroom is divided by a curtain and has two twin beds.

The fresh air and breezes are one of the enjoyable aspects of living near the ocean and bay.
Please lock the doors, windows firmly any time you leave the house.
When cooking on stove (other than boiling/steaming) please open window next to stove

No smoking/no frying (deposit will be forfeited) and no shoes
no access to roof, garage, masterbedroom closet and armoir in the kitchen
A cat occasionally resides in the house, so please note for those who are allergic.
check-in 4pm / check-out 11am. You're welcome to park at the house after 12 PM if you arrive early and hang out at the beach.
heat: there are 2 thermostats one for the upper living room and one for the master bedroom. The remaining rooms are individually controlled by the base board heaters
You're welcome to use the woodstove (at your own risk). The damper is on the front/below the door (left=open/right=closed)-please provide your own firewood available at the local grocery stores/farm stands.
No eating or drinking on any sofa.
When cooking please open the upper window above the stove. Kindly always use the pot lids and absolutely no frying.
Please accompany children using the stair.
There's a DVD player and monitor so you're welcome to bring your DVDs.
please lock both doors and leave the key in the designated place
run the dishwasher to clean any used dishes etc.
place used towels in the bathtub.
there are 2 garbage cans, one for garbage (with lid) and one for recycling (without lid). we have racoons so secure the garbage can lid with the bunji cord.
if the heat is on, kindly turn it down to 55 when departing
