Interaction with guests
Nina, the Property Manager will be available to solve any unforeseen issues.
Other things to note
Shower before use, please!
The cover has 2 clip locks in the front and one in the back. Turn one side of lid over and push lid off the hot tub away from the driveway. It will naturally lean against the tub.
The only buttons to use are the Jets, and the up and down arrows if you want to change the temperature. Please return it to 100 in the summer and 101 or 102 in Sept/Oct. There is a manual in the plastic bin across under bench, if you run into any glitches, or hit a wrong button.
BBQ: Open the propane tank on ground by turning clockwise. Follow the directions on the grill itself to light the right side first. You may need to use one of the long lighters on the porch, if it's not lighting due to possible clogging from use. When finished please clean with wire brush and turn propane knob off.
Cleaning fee is $150 but please don't leave the place a mess! (An average cleaning takes up that time for housekeepers to do a good job. )
Your responsibility: Please adhere to the checkout list for trash, compost and recycling.
Instant booking is for Friday to Friday only!
I expect my property to be taken care of, and for my guests to keep themselves and children safe when in the pond or hot tub, with common sense, and reasonable "sobriety".
Please bring all trash to the top of the driveway. There is a $15 trash removal fee if this is not done. Thanks!
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2017 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Easy going musician, I also teach music in a public school. I lead a casual, natural lifestyle. I am friendly and outgoing, yet I respect privacy and want my guests to feel comfortable and autonomous.
I am happy to help you create a wonderful Vermont experience, including suggesting some great bike trips.
I am a film buff--and have a 5x7 foot movie screen and projector, in case you're into a small "event!" I love talking movies and tv shows like Mad Men, Game of Thrones, and Breaking Bad, for example.
I am also an amateur gardener, currently raising chickens for eggs, and hanging out with the frogs at my homemade little frog pond.
