Open the gate you feel like you immerse yourself in another world. Flowers, plants and affectionate kittens that will keep you company ... a cozy retreat in the Eternal City. A 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop "PORTA FURBA-QUADRARO" which will allow you to reach in just 15 minutes TOWN. The house is also well connected to the central station of Rome Termini (10 minutes by metro) and to both airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

The house consists of a living room with kitchenette (with a sofa bed), bathroom with shower and a queen bedroom. All surrounded by a large outdoor area where you can start your day with a wonderful breakfast in the sun or conclude with a dinner by candlelight.
At your disposal you will have: Personal computer, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, bed linen, towels, oven, necessary kitchen and everything you need to feel truly at home! There is also a map of the city and special guidance and advice (from those who live in the city for more than 30 years!) To make you feel part of Rome! We much enjoyed our short 2-day at Daniel's place. The house and the front yard are very cozy; the neighbourhood is functional - convenience stores and other necessary services are easily reachable, and a metro station is very nearby. Two of us travelling by car also highly appreciated the offered parking spot in the secure gated parking lot. Daniel is a helpful and proactively caring host; we certainly found his Rome advice useful, as well as we truly enjoyed the recommendation of Grandma's restaurant-bar right in the neighbourhood. Thank you!

Dadi gave us a warm welcome, their informations where very helpful - the house is beautiful, especially the garden. Especially the parking place is a plus. It is easy to get to the historic center by metro. Perfect. We would recommend their place!

Daniel and Diego were very helpful and friendly, helped us with the luggage and answered all our questions all the time of our stay. They also prepared some food for breakfast for us and ice-cream for child. House is very clean and cozy, well-equipped, we had a lot of food to cook, olive oil, pasta, umbrella, coffee maker. It takes 15-20 min to get to the city center. I can recommend this house and hosts)

Dadi was good host, very welcoming. Helpful on our arrival and gave us some information about getting to and from Rome. The house was tidy and comfortable although the kitchen could be better equipped. The car park was great, very safe and useful as parking is difficult in Rome. It is easy to get the subway just down the street into central Rome. The neighbourhood wasn't great and was noisy at night. Although the subway is close, I would not want to be walking through the neighbourhood late at night. If you are wanting to see Rome at night, would recommend staying closer to the city. We had a pleasant stay and it offered good value for money.

Response from Dadi:
The neighbourhood is multiethnic and working-class, but it is ABSOLUTELY SAFE, even late at night. We and all our guests NEVER had problems. Best regards.

Dadi appartment was very comfortable with beautiful green garden. The kitchen was fully equipped. Daniel knows Russian language and it was a big sureprise for us :) The apartment was located near the 'Porta Furba' metro station (Line A: Laurentina), which is 5 minutes walk. But now, there is a re-construction of Line A & it's closed after 21:30. So, one time, late in the evening we've faced with a big problem: we don't know how to get the apartment (except the metro), because we don't know what bus should be used.... During 2-days of our stay (of three), it was quite noisy late at night from a neighboring house, we could not relax and fall asleep... The house was not very clean when we arrived & it was difficult to maintain it in a clean condition, because all the dirt from the garden was permanently inserted into the house... Also in the list of house facilities there was a washing machine listed, but in reality it was not there and we were forced to wash our clothes at the nearest laundry... But despite of that Dadi was very helpful & call a taxi for us for an early flight. Also the house was full of interesting paintings, any pieces, books. There were many shops surrounding the house that worked late in the evening and a lot of drinking fountains, so, we might not think about that we forgot to buy a water ;)

We absolutely loved staying at the charming cottage. It was so cute and clean, exactly as described, and Daniele and Diego were very kind and accommodating. It was nice to get away from the city busyness every night and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We loved Grandma's, the pastry shop by the subway, and the little pizzeria on our walk home every night. I would highly recommend staying here.
