Barcelona Touristic Permit # (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Beautiful, historic flat right in the middle of Barcelona w/ AC, lift, and wifi! The refurbished flat is 150+ years old with easy walking to Passeig De Gracia, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Plaza Catalunya, and much more! Metro station a block away. Sleeps 10 (2 double/queen beds and 6 single beds) in beds. This is our home so please be respectful of our neighbors. This is not a party flat, drugs/loud music, and any disruptive behavior are not allowed.

The space

Please keep in mind this is not a party flat. We love large groups and families but respectfully ask noise and music to be kept to a minimum after 22:00. Please read the 'house rules' and when sending a request acknowledge you have done so.

Our flat is a LEGAL tourist rental flat, which means that you will not have problems. The police are cracking down on illegal rentals and if you are caught renting a flat without a tourist license you may be thrown out by the police without compensation or other accommodations.

THE FLAT

Upon opening the original door you will be in the entry way, which is divided into two sections, one for hanging coats and stowing belonging and a second area that acts as a compact office. Here you will find the latest Android Tablet and a printer that are for your use, whether to prints maps or boarding passes. Next to the door you will also find a video intercom that allows you to buzz up guests or delivery people

After, you have taking in the gorgeous entry way, bespoke with original details. You will have the choice to turn left towards the bedrooms or right towards the common areas. Turning right you will see a large built in wardrobe that is yours to stow luggage or shopping bags.

Across from the wardrobes you will see the fully remodeled kitchen. The back splash made of Vintage Spanish Tile that have been salvaged from Barcelona building and the chandelier from 1800s Majorca. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine fridge, and much more. You can easily host your own dinner party or cook and elaborate meal! But why would you want to with so many wonderful eateries within walking distance

Continuing down the hallway you will enter the salon, which boosts a 50' TV, Xbox ONE, Chrome-cast, and Bluetooth Speakers. As well as comfortable seating for 10, and a double sofa bed. The large double doors open to a front balcony that over looks the Casa de la Punxes, a National landmark.

The salon is open to the formal dinning room that has a large dinning table that can fit 10-12. The highlight of this room is the secret door that leads to the kitchen--shhh, don't tell.

The back of the flats in home to the bedrooms and washrooms. Directly off the hallway is one full bathroom with walk in shower and across from it a second bathroom. The second bathroom is a 'petite' bathroom with toilet, sink and hand shower.

Further down the hallway you will reach a children's room with twin/single triple bunk beds.

Across from the children's room is another bedroom that is furnished with a daybed that can be pulled out into a king sized bed or used as two single beds

At the end of the hall are two more bedrooms. The first is a aqua room that had a queen/double bed and balcony. The largest is the Master that also has a queen/double bed and entrance to the balcony.

Guest access

As a guest you will have access to the entire apartment.

You will interact directly with Alexzandra or Henrik and will be assited in Barcelona by our property manager Lucas

Other things to note

There is an elevator and the flat is on the 2nd floor. There is also 24/7 emergency number and person available should anything go wrong or be needed during your stay.

Late Check out Fee (if available) of 150 Euro for checkout between 12-17:00. Later than 17:00 will be charged the nightly rate

Early Check in Fee (if available) of 150 Euro before 15:00.

Extra fee of 30 Euro for check in after 20:00 and 60 Euro after 23:00

Please watch your consumption of the AC. We know it gets hot, however, please do not leave the AC running while no one is in the house. Also, do not leave doors/windows open while the AC is running. This can cause the units to over work and break. If this happens your deposit will be held.

This was our first family vacation in 4 years, we had planned months in advanced. Henrik and Alexzandra came to our rescue!! When we got to the original Airbnb we had booked and it did not have AC like they had said. It was 97/100 degrees and too hot not to have AC. We were looking everywhere for a place that would hold ELEVEN, have AC, and wouldn't drain our budget. Henrik and Alexzandra replied immediately and were so very gracious in so many ways. We were in their beautiful apartment within hours. Lucas, who let us in, was very kind, helpful and easy going. The apartment his in a great location, super clean, spacious, hip, beautiful, and has AC that is amazing!! The grocery store, bus, metro, great walking. Overall an amazing stay. Thank you SO much!

We rented this apartment for two families on vacation together in Barcelona and it was perfect for our needs. Good layout for everyone to live comfortably together for a few days -- AC throughout could be set to different temps, bedrooms away from street noise, 4 bedrooms to fit couples and our kids, good kitchen set up, laundry in the apartment, grocery just up the block and lots of great restaurants nearby. We went to the gelato shop around the corner every night, rode the metro everywhere, and enjoyed the modernist beauty of the neighborhood. It's very much as advertised, communications were good with Henrik and Alexzandra, as well as Lucas their property manager. Be sure to check out their tips for the neighborhood!

Apartment was absolutely beautiful, out of a Spanish film. Very comfortable and well equipped. Location was great including a cute little cafe downstairs.
