Situated in Clerkenwell, the flat is a 10 min walk from King’s Cross station. It’s a bright airy flat with a little balcony over looking the shared garden. There are 2 bedrooms - one with en suite. The kitchen is very cook friendly & the sitting room is a reader’s haven. The flat building itself is an ex-council flat and is off the main road yet within minutes of tubes, buses & King’s Cross International. Theatres, shops, museums, galleries are very near - you're spoiled for choice here!

The space
We love to cook and so the kitchen is stocked high with cooking equipment & spice racks. We are very happy to share it with our guests! The master bedroom looks on to the shared private garden, which you are very welcome to use. It also has an en suite. The second room looks over a very pretty Georgian. leafy street and has a small shower and loo next door. Both rooms have lots of storage. The sitting room is really comfortable but warning, it doesn't have a TV! Both sitting room & kitchen have desk space to work from & strong WiFi for guests to enjoy.

Guest access
The guests are welcome to use the kitchen as much as they like and the balcony. There is a good kitchen table, flooded with light, where guests are very welcome to work from or to eat from.

Other things to note
The flat is very near to Exmouth market which we highly recommend for pubs & restaurants. It’s also a lovely walk away from the British Museum & Bloomsbury. Buses go directly to Oxford Street from just around the corner. It’s also very close to all the restaurants, pubs & boutiques on Upper st.

Irish, female who travels a lot - a mix of business (I work in TV) and pleasure. I'm a super independent, self-sufficient traveller. I'm as happy in a group being social as I am tucked away in my own company! I rent out a flat in London, on Airbnb so I know what it is like to allow people in to share your home. I'm reliable, trustworthy & respectful - I'll always leave it as I find it!

During your stay
We are both super sociable & will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the flat or the neighbourhood - or more than that, any Qs you have about London. We both run very busy start ups and so we may not be physically in the flat very often but are always at the end of the phone!
