Harbour View House is uniquely situated right on the harbours edge at Stockton. Our 3 bedroom house has a cosy feeling, sleeping upto 10. Enjoy the beach or walk across the park and catch the ferry into the CBD, you can enjoy it all on your next holiday.
Three bedroom house. Sleeps 8 but can sleep upto 10 when using the day/night bed. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a queen bed and the fold out day/night bed and bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds. The house also has a large sitting room, separate dining room and kitchen with seating area which looks over beautiful views of the harbour. The house also has a secure well maintained garden with and a large deck out the front great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
There is an extra charge of $20 per person for linen or you are welcome to bring our own and use our pillows and blankets.
Guests have access to the whole house and garden.
Interaction with guests
I normal leave the key at the property for guests and ask them to lock the keys in the house when leaving.
Terms and Conditions
Occupants: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the original booking. In the event that additional guests are found to be staying at the property, the management reserves the right to charge and additional fee in accordance with our usual rates. The management also reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund.
Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside, all cigarette butts must be disposed of in a thoughtful manner in the ash trays provided.
Keys: The keys will be left at the property prior to your arrival. A maximum of 2 sets of keys will be available. It is the guest’s responsibility to keep keys secure and lock the premises during their stay and on departure. Keys are not to be given to people other than registered guests without our written approval. If keys are lost or not returned on check out, a minimum replacement fee of $100AUD will apply.
Noise and Disturbances: Please respect the property’s neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly between 10pm and 8am, and refrain from engaging in any drunken, obscene or antisocial behavior. The management reserves the right to remove guests who behave in a manner that is distressing to neighbours. In such cases, no refund is payable.
Damage, Theft, Loss & Risk: Damages, theft or loss is exclusively your responsibility during your stay. Reimbursement for minor accidental damage (e.g broken wine glass) is not required. You will be responsible for damage to the property, its equipment, fixtures or fittings, common property or to neighbouring properties caused by your negligence, but not ‘fair wear and tear’. You are also responsible for damage caused by all registered occupants, your guests or other people invited into the property. If the property is damaged during your occupancy due to accidental, negligence or willful act of you or your guests, the property will be repaired by us and this cost deducted from your security deposit. If a guest identifies any risk associated with the property they are to advise the manager immediately and the manager will endeavor to have the issue addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at an extra $20 per person per stay. If you choose to bring your own linen but it is not used and there is marks or stains on the pillow protectors, mattress protectors or quilts there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Cleaning: Standard cleaning services are included in your rate. Please leave Harbour View House in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and returned to their correct place.
An extra cleaning charge will only occur if the house is left in an overly dirty or untidy state or linen and towels are badly stained (fake tan, make-up and hair dye being the worst culprits). This will be deducted from the security deposit.
Pets: If you wish to bring your pet on holidays with you please let us know at the time of booking. Dogs should be outside at all times and please bring along there bedding, water and food bowls. Droppings and bones are to be picked up and disposed of in rubbish bin daily. It is our policy that all pets have up to date vaccinations and have been treated appropriately for fleas. Please also ensure that dogs are not left unattended for extended periods which may cause them distress and neighbours. If it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your pet, this cost will be the responsibility of the guest.
From Nov 13 - 27, 2017 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
