Mary Ann's house is lovely -- it has a huge kitchen with a gas stove, bedroom, dining room, and living room. Very close to downtown Bellingham with a pleasant backyard garden. When we needed extra time moving our things out, Mary Ann was very accommodating.

Mary Anns was simply amazing and just what i needed before heading to Southeast Asia, it is so comfortable it makes it hard to leave. I will definitely be looking to stay here on my return to bellingham, and anytime I am between housing, or just looking for a vacation in bellingham. it is perfectly located right outside of downtown and the walk is easy. I would Highly recommend not passing up on this comfortable opportunity.

Our host made us feel very welcome. The home was very much what we expected, maybe even better. The home is over 100 years old, wood floors, high ceilings, good kitchen, very beautiful flower-filled garden, nice furnishings and well cared for. A very lovely and cozy place. Thank you, Mary Ann!

Mary Ann's house was ideally located for exploring Bellingham and surrounding areas. Her house is in a great neighborhood with local shopping, restaurants, etc. Downtown B'ham is a 6 block walk. Mary Ann was really helpful in getting us settled in and oriented. We booked a side trip to Victoria that confused Air BnB's computers, and she (MaryAnn) was really patient as we clarified things.

Mary Ann was extremely hospitable and even offered to pick me up from the airport for a much better fare than I could have received with a taxi as I had not driven up to Washington. The house was even more charming in person and there were many amenities available to me to use to cool my own meals. Location wise I could not have asked for a better place in Bellingham, it's only a few blocks off the main strip which was very convenient as I was walking most places for food or groceries. The neighbors were very quiet and I think I only heard them once the 10 days I was there, they happened to be mowing their yard that day. All in all it was an even more wonderful visit than I expected to have in Bellingham because of this place.

I love living in Bellingham. What's not to love? I can eat at fun or formal restaurants with friends, drink local beer and wine, ride my bike along the Bellingham waterfront, shop at unique local businesses, paddle board at Lake Padden, kayak from Larrabee State Park, buy food at the Saturday farmer's market as well as grow a little of my own, ski at Mt Baker, hike in the Cascades or Chuckanuts, garden in the backyard and be part of a thriving sustainable community.

While I enjoy travel, especially getting outdoors backpacking and exploring our country's wilderness I love coming back to Bellingham. I've been here 23 years now and am glad you're chosen to share my home.
