Located in the heart of South Yarra this warehouse conversion boasts three levels of living quarters and enough privacy for up to six guests.

Guests will also have access to a secure garage on the ground level, with space for two cars.

The space

This large open plan warehouse style town house features three separate levels with two private outdoor areas, perfect for a BBQ on a sunny day.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an ensuite with bath, separate walk in shower and walk in robe.

The second bedroom has queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower

The ground level can be used as a third bedroom or a multi use space and has a private W/C

Guests will have access to all amenities including:

Guests will have the apartment to themselves for the length entire stay. I will hand over and collect keys the start and end of the stay.

The apartment centrally located in the heart of South Yarra on quiet leafy area with shops, cafe's and restaurants around the corner.

Melbourne Park is also close by to experience Melbourne's many sporting events including AFL, soccer, rugby and Australian Open Tennis,

The botanic gardens are close by perfect for picnic on a sunny afternoon.

South Yarra Train Station is about a 10 minute walk and run approximately every 5 minutes to and from the city.

Trams are located the end of the street, the number 8 tram which runs along Toorak Road past South Yarra Station and the 78 which operates on Chapel Street south towards Windsor and Prahran and North towards Richmond.

Awesome place, great hangout, perfect location to lots of spots. Could have done with a deeper clean before we arrived, but otherwise it was a good experience.

Nick (via his Mum & Dad) made us very welcome on arrival. Communication prior to and during our stay was great. The house is very spacious and well appointed. The SY location was perfect, with visits to the CBD, Sth Melbourne, MCG, St Kilda and Richmond all easily achieved via public transport. All amenities are close to hand. An ideal Melbourne base.

Great location, the place wasn't quite 100% completed yet but already an excellent place and will be top notch when it's done. Hosts were flexible and helpful. Would happily stay again.

This place was a good size and was in a great area. We had 5 adults and a baby and it was definitely big enough! Woolworths and big w are right around the corner and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The house itself is nice but could do with some updating. I think the place was only given a quick clean before we arrived as it was quite dusty in areas and the downstairs toilet had been used and not flushed!!
