The place was exactly as described! Keep in mind, homes in Japan are smaller than expected. The location is in a quiet area and quite far away from all the popular attractions but less than a minute walk to the train station. There is a 711 down the street and a ramen spot across the street. We were fortunate enough to grab a midnight snack at the ramen spot since it closes late!! It's also about a 20 minute walk to orange street, a place for shopping.

The apartment is in a good location which is right next to a subway station that is 2 stations away from Namba. The place is a bit small so it would not fit 3 people with luggage. However, the Host is nice and will try to accommodate you with what he can.

Hi Chichi:) We think there is enough space for a Japanese apartment, but it is complicated to get to know what kind of luggage you will be bringing. We are glad you enjoyed it!

The apartment looks clean when I check-in and left my luggage on the afternoon. When I truly settled in that night, I found the contrary. The toilet was not flushed and filled with used toilet papers. The bed/linen has unpleasant odor and there were somebody else hairs on it. Pros: facilities, portable wifi, accessibility (doesn't need to change train for Namba and Shinsaibashi). Thank you for a convenient place to stay.

The location is great whereby its next to the subway station and walking distance to the nearest 7-11. On my first day arrival noted that there were several problems and Roman was able to solve the problem the very next day. The place suits perfectly for solo travel but it may be quite a bit squeeze for two adults with big luggage. The place is located next to a police station and a hospital nearby, hence you may hear the siren quite frequently at night but it didn't really bother me. Overall, the place is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures.

The location was very near subway station. The portable wifi was very useful. The room was fine and cleanliness was acceptable. Roman had been generally helpful in trying to help us in several problems. For example, the requested bike was not available when I checked in because the previous guest parked illegally and it was confiscated by the police. By the time I got the bikes I did not have much time left to use but Roman had kindly allowed us to checked out later as there was no guest after us. However, the bike had a loose gear and couldnt be used .. However, the electric water heater was missing the heater base, Roman said that he would bring one over but I didn't get it, not sure if there were some communications issues.. In the end i bought several bottles of water. Overall the stay was fine, but I was quite disappointed that I didn't managed to cycle in Osaka due to the issues.. Our travel plans changed quite a bit ..

Hello! I am Roman, and this is what I do:

I'm part of a team working in real state for years.
My responsibilities are the Airbnb activites. I manage the profile, guests relations, bookings, inquiries, etc... so I have the wonderful chance to meet you and share part of your time in Osaka.
I'm also in charge of maintenance and cleaning staff. Hence, if you ever find something to report, I'm the one you need to talk with.

You can also may have the chance to be assisted by Uri, one of my coworkers, who is in charge of some of the apartments. He's a great person, young, full of energy and knowledge.

I consider myself an open minded, and interested-in-almost-everything person.
I like travelling, and I did it a lot, so I understand how important is to find friendly people and a home all around the world.

I love taking photos, so I do it as a freelance photographer sometimes. I prefer social photography, and the human being is my favorite subject. Well, and landscapes. And cityscapes...

Since I'm living in Japan, for 6 years now, I practice Kendo. I like experiencing the traditions of this country while cultivating my body and my mind. There are a lot of interesting things to learn from Kendo. If you want, I can take you to my dojo and you can see by yourself how is this wonderful Japnese martial art.

I'm also a very accesible person, always ready for a chat and also for having a good time. If you wanna know more about the city or the Japanese society, or the best sushi place, just ask me!

I really hope to offer you a nice time here in Osaka.

See you!!
