Personal and spacious apartment in a classic 19th century Copenhagen city house. Completely refurbished over the last 10 years with the best materials. Luxury bathroom in black granite, fine large new kitchen with all you need. Charming little balcony towards the backyard, just big enough for a sunny lunch for 3, with free, fresh herbs during season.
Other things to note
Dish washer available too.
Please note that there are construction works going on a bit down the street, which can occasionally be a bit noisy during work hours. However, they are not allowed to start earlier than 7AM, and must shut down no later than 5PM. Windows in the flat are double glass, so they should provide good noise protection. If noise disturb anyway, make sure to close the aluminium air valves next to the windows.
Please Take good care of my home. Very importantly, Please ALWAYS leave all windows closed when you leave at the end of your stay. It's a rainy country and rain may easily ruin wood inside. Smoking and pets are not allowed, although you may smoke on the balcony, if you clear up behind you. Otherwise, feel at home, anything you're missing, look in the cupboards or send me an SMS. Only little warning is that the people living downstairs are noise sensitive, so please do not invite 20 friends for a dance, and don't let your kids run around and play football in the flat.
