I'm so glad I rented Sabreen's place. It was perfect and Sabreen was a great host. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some place quiet with a lot of character. Awesome place to chill and I felt so much at home.

Great location, close to airport and George Street. Looks like the pictures and was the perfect amount of space for myself and boyfriend. The cat Meshroudi was an absolute treat! Sabreen was organized and a great host, it was easy. Thanks!

Sabreen was very helpful and welcoming. Although she was not home when I arrived, she made sure I had smooth access to the home. When I met her later I found her to be very friendly and a gracious host, and made every effort to ensure a smooth stay for me. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, and I appreciated that I could use the fridge and kitchen area to prepare a few of my own meals. It's just a short drive to the downtown area, and easy access to routes outside of St. John's and to the airport, so if you are planning to explore around the Avalon Peninsula then this is a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our one night stay at Sabreen's place. The room and bathroom down the hall were clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for me, but others may like that. We walked down to George street area for dinner - a healthy walk, but not too far. We didn't use the kitchen, but were told to help ourselves. Our stay was brief but enjoyable.

Sabreen was on vacation herself upon my arrival but made sure I had no problems upon my arrival. Description of property was as described and was very comfortable. Neighbourhood was in a central location with easy access to everything. I would stay here again.
