Frequently Asked Questions & Answers (FAQ):
•I don’t have any reviews yet, can I stay at Travelers Heaven? Yes you can, just send us a request with your full name and where you work. We will respond ASAP.
•Is there free parking? Yes, you have the exclusive use of our driveway for your car – no charge.
•Do you have a Smart Lock for self check-in? Yes, and you can check in by yourself any time after 3 pm.
•Can I store my luggage if I arrive early or need to leave late? Yes, you can leave your luggage safely with us in our house and you can pick it up when you are ready.
•Is there a supermarket nearby? Yes, there are many, several are within a short walk from Travelers Heaven. Ralph’s, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Smart & Final and Pavillions
•How far is it to/from the airport? It’s 8.2 miles.
•What is the best transportation option? LA is very big and public transportation is mainly by bus which takes a long time. We recommend a rental car (check Maven as an alternative to Hertz) or using Uber and Lyft (their shared rides option is very reasonable and you won’t have to pay for parking). However, there is a bus stop a short walk from the guest house.
•Is there a washing machine and laundry detergent to wash my clothes? Yes, a washer-dryer is in the suite and detergent is provided.
•Is there a place nearby to exercise? Yes, LA Fitness and Equinox are within walking distance, and there are several yoga and Pilates studios and tennis courts nearby.
•What kind of air conditioning and heating is there? The guest suite has a system with multiple settings that keeps it very comfortable at all times.
•Is the accommodation quiet? Yes, it’s quiet, peaceful and tranquil.
•Will I be able to sleep well? Yes, blackout curtains keep the light out and the brand-new king size bed with memory foam mattress is super comfortable.
-Is there a place to store luggage nearby? Yes, there is a luggage storage facility 5 blocks from us that charges $6 per bag per day.
-Is the accommodation wheelchair friendly? No, unfortunately there are steps in the guest suite, and the pathway through the garden is made of flagstones and gravel; therefore it's not a suitable space for persons with disabilities.
