A lovely well-appointed and very clean home in trendy Highland, this Denver Tudor boasts lots of color and plenty of sunshine. Convenient to downtown, Lodo, stadiums, galleries, the Denver performing arts center, and many fine dining restaurants. Highland is well-suited to travelers, visiting professionals, artists, folks in housing transitions, and adventurers of all kinds. Thanks for your consideration and I wish you the best in finding your spot.
My house can accommodate one person in the queen bed in the guest room.
Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen and dine using the breakfast bar or the dining room. My bedroom and office are private.
The backyard is 420 friendly.
Interaction with guests
When guests arrive, I'm happy to offer information about Denver and Highland and beyond, including day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, and skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, Eldora, and Loveland, all within a 100 miles of Denver. Heavenly Colorado powder!
Other things to note
The Highland neighborhood in Denver is one of the trendiest places to find restaurants and hangouts. And with the new recreational marijuana laws, you will find plenty of dispensaries close at hand. Public consumption is still illegal, but you are welcome to use the back yard while enjoying your Rocky Mountain high.
My home is smoke free, pet free, fragrance free, and shoe free. There's a place for shoes at the front door, where you can also hang your jackets and coats. Because my downstairs tenants rise early to work, quiet hours are 11 PM to 6 AM. If you want to sleep in on the weekend, no problem!
I am an active member of one of the largest meetup groups in the nation: the Boulder/Denver Grey Wolves. I hike in summer and ski in winter and the Colorado climate is great for both. Growing up in the cold damp winters of Wisconsin, I have never regretted moving west. A perfect day is 10 inches of new in the back bowls of Vail.
