Located in the tranquil beauty of Onewhero, situated in the North Waikato, 20 minutes out of the Auckland suburb of Pukekohe. In Pukekohe, there is a range of restaurants, shopping, markets as well as racing 20 mins STH at Hampton Downs
No visitors not accounted for on the booking will be admitted to the property. No day visitors allowed. Standard rate is for 2 people. Please book for the number of people up to 4 guests.
The space
•4 acres of stunning gardens and fruit trees.
•Two bedrooms (Queen and 2 single), two bathrooms
•Full kitchen, and dining room with a lounge view over the Waikato River
•Central heating throughout
•Free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ceiling speakers, CD player/radio, in-room safe, Sony Smart TV and Netflix Extensive reading material
•Complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments, a wide selection of teas, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, organically grown produce from the property
•Spa Pool, Hairdryer, bathrobes,
•Doterra diffuser and essential oils
•A range of board games, oversized outdoor games and karaoke machine
Afternoon tea is served on arrival.
Please note that we are not suitable for people with allergies to cats.
You can upgrade your booking with extras by messaging us.
- Gourmet grazing breakfast $25pp
- 60-minute onsite massage or reiki treatment with our local masseuse $150pp
- Homemade pizzas $25 per pizza
- 3-course gourmet dinner $75pp
Please advise us if you will be using both bedrooms. Due to Covid cleaning requirements we only set up the main bedroom unless two rooms are requested.
The 2nd bedroom is small, so to allow extra space for you we remove a bed if only one person is staying. Please let us know if you require both beds and they will be set up for you.
For guests booking 3 or more nights we can set up the 2nd bedroom as a queen bed for no extra charge.

Onewhero is a quiet town sitting on the northern edge of the Waikato. We are 5 minutes from Harker Reserve which is a great place for walking and finding the local waterfall.
