My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Vladan's apartment. Milena greeted us and showed us around the apartment and even though we had absolutely no idea what each other was saying (Milena is Russian), she was great and made us feel very welcome, and Vladan was always available at the end of the phone or message to help out. Perazica Do is lovely and secluded with a easy access to two small coves, great for swimming. Whilst we were there a very nice looking bar was being built on the beach so potentially there will be more people around and a bit of nightlife in the weeks to come. It is quite a walk to the nearest shop (the little shop in Perazica Do was closed) so it's best to turn up prepared for that especially if you don't have a car. There is a big unfinished hotel on one side but don't let that put you off as the view the other way is beautiful, and the construction does have a certain charm of its own! The walk to Petrovac is lovely, and interesting in parts, and there are plenty of good restaurants once you get there. So we would definitely recommend the apartment as a good place to stay.

We didn't meet Vladan but he always was in touch. Milena, cleaning lady, is hospitable and friendly woman. She met us on arrival and show all we need. Perazica Do is a quiet and lovely place. Beach is on 5 mins of walking. It is beautiful and water is very clean if compared with another beaches in Budva, Petrovac, Przno or Bar. But pebbles on the beach are large what could make not very big comfort for little children. Negative moment that on left side of the beach there is an ugly unfinished hotel but we knew about it before arriving so it was not a surprise. In 20-25 minutes walking you can find beautiful Rezhevichi monastery which is situated not far from bus stop. We usually filled up bottles with water from drinking fountain here and took a bus or hitched car to explore Montenegro. Path to Petrovac along the seaside, inside dark caves ( you need a flashlight here) and pine grove is great. It is about 1,2 km and 30 minutes of walking. Views are stunning, Petrovac is also a very nice place to go. Embankment, Castello fortress and many souvenir shops and restaurants here to visit. All food we usually bought on large Voli Market in Petrovac because little shop near our house was closed. About our spot. View from our terrace was great: sea, sun and rocks under big oak tree. Definitely it is the best part of this accommodation =) There is also a green garden around with birds singing and cats wandering. There were grill, beach toys and sun beds. We have stayed on the first floor. House is made of stone. It is a bit damp and cold inside. In hot summer days it's a plus but it was not very hot during our staying in may - june ( about +25 C ). So we constantly were using conditioner and sometimes turned on a heater in child room. The apartment was as described, we find all for a living here but i have a few remarks: - Unfortunately there was only one little mirror in bathroom where you can see only your face but impossible to look in even to the waist. - Another moment is a kitchen appliances. Most of them are old and not very clean as the house itself. Many chipped plates and cups, knifes are blunt. - There were no normal duvets with duvet covers. Only blankets and sheets. On first cold nights it was very uncomfortable to sleep under sheet and two scratchy blankets. One of two beds in children room was very creaky. - The last negative moment is that we have paid additional 30 euro for cleaning but it was no any cleaning and changing towels and linen during our staying. Despite all this moments our vacation in Perazica Do and Montenegro was great. I hope Vladan will fix all this moments for another guests.

Response from Vladan:
Dear Aleksei, Thank you for all of your remarks. I will do everything to change old things in the kitchen and put big mirror. About extra cleaning, I was asking you do you need something else 6/7 days after your arrival. Sorry for not doing this paying cleaning, but I think it was not my error. If you want, I will send you back this amount. Pls.next time ask your host to do everything what you want, like you ask at your arrival for child rocking chair and child beach toys. Milena give you all requested thinks A.S.A.P. Regards, Vladan Milosavljevic

While my family and I were not able to meet Vladan in person, our correspondence before the trip was helpful and the housekeeper was very friendly. We had no trouble meeting up with her and finding the stone house. The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood and quaint walk down to the beach. The beach is somewhat rocky, but totally worth it for the atmosphere of rugged beauty. The apartment is as described. The quarters were a little close for 6 adults, though, it's doable and the price is right. The patio was the best part; lovely and partly shaded, we sat outside as often as we could. There are plenty of opportunities to do some exploring in the area. On the beach past the ugly hotel, we found a tunnel path to Petrovac, a nearby town. The views on the walk are a highlight!

We stayed in the upper appartment of the Stone house, which is a small, cosy apartment with all basic comfort you need. There is heating for the winter and airco for the summers. About the view outside, on the left side, there is an ugly unfinished hotel complex, which is a pity. However, on the right sight, the view is great. The village is small, between the trees and feels cosy. There is a walk through tunnels with great sea view to go 2km further to Petrovac. Vladan was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived in Perazica Doo. He helped us with all questions, so we felt welcome and helped.
