The Esplanade on Grange — a superb seafront getaway! We welcome couples and/or families to enjoy a seaside escape in the Adelaide metropolitan suburb of Grange.

Located on The Esplanade at Grange, this getaway offers two stunning levels of family friendly accommodation designed to take advantage of the uninterrupted beach front views that only an Esplanade location can provide.

We ask prospective guests to please read through our House Rules carefully prior to making an inquiry/booking.

The space
This beautiful home meets the beachside traveller’s needs; front gate access to the beach, BBQ in private dining courtyard, deck, double garage, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful home to make your own for a short holiday.

The Esplanade on Grange offers 3 bedrooms with the master suite having it's own private balcony and ensuite bathroom. We can accommodate up to 6 adult guests.

Our base rate provides guests access to the first level features (see below) + Master Bedroom/Ensuite/Balcony. Additional Bedrooms provided when additional guests are booked.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout.

First level features:
— Open plan living with dining and timber deck
— Kitchen
— Laundry
— Toilet
— Private Courtyard

Second level features:
— Master bedroom with ensuite and balcony (2 guests)
— Second bedroom (additional 2 guests)
— Third bedroom (additional 2 guests)
— Bathroom (only when additional guests booked)
— In total second level accommodates 6 guests to sleep.


Furniture and Amenities

Kitchen:
— Tea & Coffee facilities, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Induction cooking, oven, pantry, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, selection of appliances, cookware and serving ware.

Living and Dining:
— Lounge, dining and outdoor deck seating for 6 people, TV, although we recommend watching the view. Private courtyard seating for 8. Access to BBQ.

Bedrooms:
— Comfortable beds, ample pillows and built-in robes in all bedrooms.

Bathrooms:
— Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Laundry:
— Washing machine, iron & ironing board and laundry products. Air-conditioning: Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout house.

*Please note that the sleeping arrangements listed indicate sleeping for 6 people — this is by making an assumption that the beds/sofa beds in the 3 bedrooms are shared by 2 people. Additional young children / kids sleeping arrangements is negotiable. Please discuss number of guests with us at time of booking.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, (however, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms is dependent on the number of guests), open plan living and dining, large timber deck, outdoor seating, garage and most importantly, a front gate access to the beach!

Other things to note

— No smoking anywhere in the property (both indoors and out).
— No parties/events or additional guests
— Pets not allowed
— Check-in is anytime after 2pm
— Check out is by 11am
— Please respect our lovely neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
— Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the house.
— Gates must not be left propped open at any time.
— BBQ must be cleaned after use (a fee will occur if not).
— The Seaview Road gate must be closed.
— No parking in front of garage.
— Deck chairs must be returned to original location.
— Fish in courtyard are to be respect and NOT to be fed.
— Do not water the plants.
