Jo's place is good value for money in this area, and Jo was very friendly and welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful hints for places to visit and eat in this charming seaside town. The entrance is across a lawn, so could be awkward in wet conditions. The walk into town and back is okay in fine weather, but you'd need to drive if the weather was bad or cold, or if you're not good on your feet. Take a torch if you're walking back at night. All in all, Jo's place is very clean, cosy and comfortable, and it suited us fine.

Jo is very welcoming. Her home is pretty and a short walk to the beautiful village of Kennebunkport with all of its amenities.

This was a great place to stay for our 2 nights in Kennebunkport. Jo was very welcoming, friendly and so knowledgeable about where to go and what to see! She was available for anything we needed. Not at all intrusive. We felt like we had our own little private house for the weekend! I would recommend this spot to anyone who is visiting the area!

Great space, value, and location, only a 10 minute walk to town. On the busy weekend we were there, it would take much longer to find a parking spot in town. If you plan to be out past dark, plan to bring a flash light - the road is dark on the way back. Jo was very accommodating, especially with us having a one year old. Lots of space. I know previous reviews mentioned privacy concerns. Most windows in the space do have shades or curtains, and the back doors face a field so we felt that it was a decently private space.

We traveled into Kennebunkport after a long road trip to find a personal, warm welcome from Jo. She was great about answering our questions and providing us with the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay! Her guest house is adorable, with a private entrance and beautiful view. Walking distance to town with a lot of great shops and restaurants! We look forward to our next visit!
