You go to appreciate my location, my decoration, my equipments. I am the ideal apartment to take advantage of Annecy, its lake, its region and to rest you, in couple or in family.

The space
Born in the city center, I have retained all the charm of the old city after my rejuvenation;
I am large (50 m2), beautiful, modern and comfortable.
I can accommodate 4 people: a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed + an extra single bed in the living room. I even have a cot and a high chair for your baby.
Kitchen : induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine.
Living room : flat screen television 32'', with freebox (TNT channels and high speed internet access in Wifi)
