Explore Chicago from our cozy garden level, hotel-like suite (1000 square feet) in historic Kenwood!

The space
Our garden hotel suite comfortably sleeps 4, with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized memory foam mattress on our sleeper sofa in the common area. It's on the basement level of our graystone.

Please note that a dog and two cats live upstairs (shoutout to Dr. Peter Venkman). Therefore, if you have pet allergies, it's best if you don't book with us at this time.

The Suite has its own separate entrance, wifi access and a 32" LED TV with Roku streaming if you want to veg out, we don't judge (But why would you do that)? Although we do not have a kitchen, we do have a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and utensils. We provide towels, but feel free to bring your own. We also stock travel essentials that you might have missed like makeup wipes and toothpaste.

You will be ten minutes from University of Chicago, Hyde Park. Walk to CTA Green Line and be downtown in 15 minutes. A short walk, bus or car ride from Lake Michigan, with bike/jog path, public art and the beauty of outdoors. Or walk to Washington Park for more greenery. Shopping and restaurants are a block away on 47th Street. Miss Della's Suite has a separate entrance at garden level.

Guest access
You have access to the full suite, with the exception of the laundry room.
