This second floor flat is in Broughton Street in central Edinburgh. Situated two minutes from the tram stop at York Place which is on a direct line to the airport and five minute walk from Waverley train station and the Edinburgh Bus Station. There is a view to the Firth of Forth and the Fife coastline from the kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. The entire flat is available in August over the Edinburgh International Festival and accommodates 4 persons.
Early Georgian flat built in 1809 (architect Robert Burn). Large airy rooms with high ceilings and period features. Stone and wooden floors with rugs. Some antique furniture. Beautiful views of the Firth of Forth. This flat may also be rented in its entirety over Christmas and New Year, Easter and the Summer months.
If a room is required, guests will have access to sitting room, kitchen dining room, WC with sink, bathroom with bath and shower and a a large bedroom.
If the entire flat is required, guests will have access to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 1-2 single beds.

The flat is on the second floor and has no lift.
