We can offer a cosy Edwardian terraced home in Ealing with a large loft bedroom/playroom and a big new kitchen/dining area. We have two bathrooms and four bedrooms. One is a large double and two are small doubles. There's one small single room, and an extra single bed in the large loft bedroom.

The space

We can offer a home away from home. Lots of space to relax and enjoy company. There are four bedrooms, one very large dining room with a new, modern kitchen, and a living room.
Our house is in a safe, quiet and green part of London, but with easy access to all the capital has to offer.
By rail we are just 12 minutes from Paddington station in central London.
We're 20 minutes drive from London's famous Kew Gardens, 25 minutes from Windsor Castle and just 35 minutes by underground from all the sights of central London.

Guest access

The house has cable TV, dvd player, digital radio, and an Ipod docking station. There's also an Xbox. There is a PC in the kitchen and you can connect with Wifi throughout the house. It's all available for use. You can also play the guitars if you're careful! There are three adult bicycles and one children's bicycle too.
There are four tennis racquets, several footballs and a basketball hoop.
The small garden has a trampoline and a gas-fired barbecue.

Interaction with guests

We won't be on site, but friends and neighbours can help with any queries.

A nice house full of light in a quiet area near London. Brian has been very comunicative at all times and very generous with some details and equipments. Overall, a good experience, especially for families with kids. Advisable!

Brian couldn't have been more helpful in the run up to our holiday, and the bottle of wine left in the fridge for me couldn't have been more welcome after a long day of travelling! It was very easy to get to from the motorway, but that did mean that both bus and tube were required to get into central London. Once we had got the travel worked out, however, it was easy to get to all the tourist hotspots thanks to the Piccadilly Line. The house was great - very comfortable and a nice place to relax after a busy day.

A fantastic house in a fantastic location. This was just perfect for us and we had a great break. We didn't meet Brian but key pick up was straightforward and there was lots of information to help us settle in quickly

Brian's home is just as it is presented , very welcoming and very comfortable with a particularly attractive and very spacious kitchen living room in which we shared many enjoyable meals. When we arrived the house was gleamingly clean and we found all the details about the area and suggestions for London very useful. The area is quiet and pleasant with good transport links to London , late buses ,and a very quick train connection..Local shops are a few minutes walk away and Ealing Broadway is a short bus ride.We were a group of adults going back to London as tourists and we had a wonderful time, we loved Brian's house and we appreciated the generosity and trust of our hosts who were prepared to open their home to strangers.

We came as a group of four friends and spent a week in London doing things like Proms, seeing a ballet, visiting museums and Kew gardens and dining out. The house was conveniently placed three minutes away from a train station which brings you directly to Paddington station. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen table can be adapted to serve as a table tennis table so that was a nice surprise! :) It is a beautiful property that felt very comfortable and homely and is equipped with everything you may need for your stay in London, including all the important wifi (they even left their pc in the kitchen turned on and ready for us to use) but also small things like the ironing tool and hair dryer. The pick-up and drop-off of keys was simple and unless I rent my own place in London in the nearest future I plan to use Brian and Victoria's place again if possible! If you need a spacious, modern and well-connected home, look no further and book this one :)

We are both TV journalists who love the best things in life: music (the house is jammed with CDs), food ( we have a great kitchen), books (feel free to read them) and sport (racquets, footballs, basketballs, weights, exercise bike, bicycles etc etc).
We're big fans of France (nous parlons Francais) and Italy (parliamo Italiano) and Spain (no hablo espanol, sorry).
