We booked last minute so I didn't have much of a chance to meet Mohammed, the host until morning, but the place was great at a great price, nice breakfast and it's close to one of the entrances of the medina. It was easy to catch a taxi the next morning to the train station.

The room is nice and spacious, just a bit cold and humid, but I think it's because of the period of the year. Mohammed is a great host, very helpful and always available. I suggest to find a guide for Fes yourself, for sure better than the one suggested.
