Lovely furnished studio just a few metres from the beach. Enjoy a nice swim or great sunsets from the beach, have an outdoor grill in the garden, grab our bikes for a bike ride to our town centre of Bibinje or even to the old town of Zadar, so much to see and do!

The space
The property is direct seafront, however this studio apartment and balcony look on to the street. The studio is 20m2 with 4m2 balcony and is situated on the 1st floor. Price of the studio includes fully air-conditioned room, wi-fi, tv/sat. Mini kitchen with electric hot plates, utensils, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Bathroom, towels included. 4 bikes that all our guests can share, shared outdoor grill and parking.
