Fabio's place was charming and relaxing. We enjoyed staying out of town.

The appartement was very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary (salt, paper, soap, washing machine dose...) but not a lot equipment ( no problem for 4 days). Fabio was very nice. Some juice, milk and food for the breakfast was disponible. he was very helpful if we had any questions. The situation is ev the small weakness of this appartement. you need at least 30 minutes to be in the city center. the appartement is also near a railway which is nosy but it's not a problem during the night.

We stayed 5 adults and 1 child at Fabio's house for 4 nights. We never met Fabio but her assistant met us. Before and during our stay, Fabio is always reachable and helpful. The house is OK but we felt confused when we first came to the house, because the house was not as cosy or well-decorated as in the pictures. Only the master bedroom was as in pictures. In pictures there was a big, beautiful, typical italian house with a huge garden, but unfortunately it is not allowed to enter that garden and that house. The house that we stayed was the small one (you may see this house only in one picture), as the extension of the big house. So we were a little bit disappointed, because those fancy pictures were the reason to rent this house. The location is OK, you should walk for 10 minutes to reach the station, and then it takes 45 minutes to reach Rome termini station. Or it takes at least 30 minutes by car to reach Rome. We knew that the house was outside Rome but we wanted to experience to stay such place. But as it was not the place that we saw in pictures, so the location had no more advantageous for us. The house is child-friendly with its garden, but as its floor was not so clean, we didn't feel completely comfortable with our kid. Thank you for your hosting.

Wow wow wow - what an amazing property, what an amazing stay! Fabio is great - met us at the train station, showed us around and was always on call if we needed him. The property is huge, we stayed at the separate little house from the main Castle. It is very clean and cozy. Great heating system, laundry machine and dish washer, full kitchen and bathroom, huge living room, and two bedrooms. One Master bedroom and another one with three separate beds. The living room is VERY spacious and cozy at the same time. Looks very authentic, but has everything you need for comfort. Ten minute walk to the train station, and then 20 mins away from Rome. Settebagni is a small, cozy town with some bars and grocery store. We spent couple of slow nights there, sipping wine at the local bar. Over all I give it 5 stars our of 5 and recommend to stay tat this property. And really hope to come back some day :) Personal Thank you to Fabio for everything!! We had

Very beautiful apartment and great garden, especially safe for kids. Location is walking distance from the train station with good connection to the center of Rome. Reception/departure was very flexible. Highly recommended.

Fabio was a very attentive host throughout the process. Communication was excellent and Fabio answered all of our questions before and during the stay in a timely manner. The house we stayed in was on the 12 acre property. The castle you see in the pictures was not actually where we stayed but we had our own private house off the main castle; however the entire property was free to explore at our leisure. The unit itself was very nicely furnished and Fabio even had breakfast items for us when we arrived. House was clean and very spacious. The castle property itself is very large and would be very relaxing if you have some time to enjoy it and need a break from the hustle and bustle of Rome. It does take about 30 minutes to get into town and is not super convenient if you are coming back to the apartment late as the trains stop running at 23:00. However, it is only a 30 Euro cab fare if you miss it. Train goes directly to FCO as well which was very nice when it was time to fly home. Overall a very positive experience.
