A beautiful setting for visiting Rome. Easy train rides into the city. Tranquil evenings in olive groves away from the bustle. Fabio is an excellent host. Would love to spend more time at Castello del Duca.

This place is a superb place to spend your holiday. A short train ride from Rome delivers you to this peaceful home, where there is quiet and lovely breezes to soothe. Very easy commutes get you where ever you want to go, we literally saw everything Rome has to offer even taking a day and heading to Ostia, and we always loved getting back and relaxing.

Fabio gave us invaluable information about getting into Rome and more importantly getting back again. The apartment was perfect 2 adults 4 kids comfortably. Yes the road & rail was close but we didn't find it disturbing at all Very easy to get the train into Rome

The apartment is very comfortable, on the second level of a separate building which is part of a beautiful estate just outside of Rome. The grounds and the views are amazing, a welcome oasis of serene and quiet after a day of sightseeing in the city. About 4 stops to Rome on a local train that runs every 15 mins, a 10 min walk to the station. Local supermarket within walking distance or a huge shopping centre with a big supermarket and every other shop within 10 min drive. Yes, you do hear trains passing by but it did not bother us as they don't run at night. Having stayed in Rome a few times it does not even compare to the city noise. Fabio welcomed us at the gate to the estate, showed us around the apartment, explained how to get to the city and where the local amenities were. We called Fabio when we had a question, he was always available and very helpful. Will definitely book this place again next time we are in Rome. Thank you Fabio!

Fabio's place was clean, comfortable and situated in a magnificent area! Very close to buses and trains into Rome (less than ten minutes walk) with many delicious restaurants to choose from nearby. Fabio was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and he assisted us with anything we needed. He even offered to drive us to the station on our departure day as it was raining! We definitely recommend this airbnb!!

David is very gentle and provided us with all the info we needed for a short Rome break. The apartment is about 20-30 min public transport ride to the centre of Rome. The apartment is clean and spacious. One thing to note though is the noise from the trains which might be difficult to cope with for some.
