Minimum contract age is 24 to rent for head of household, Copy of Drivers licensed ( with correct address)required and a list of all tenants ,will send out my contract when approved. Contract will outline cancellation policy. (Supercedes Air) Which includes no cancelation if booked within 60 days of arrival. Tax ID 7435
No smoking, ($1000) penalty, (outside only) no animals( $2000 penalty)no more than agreed upon guest list (for sleeping) unless permitted. Head Count subject to audit by management. More that agreed upon guests is a $200 fee per excess guest per night. Copy of drivers license required as well as owner contract to be signed by responible party 25 years or older.
