The waterfront is close by with walks along the beach. The medieval town of Conwy is a riverside walk and Victorian resort of Llandudno is a short drive. Gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Surf Snowdonia nearby. The Island of Anglesey and Zip World a 20 minute drive. WiFi. No Smoking. Dog Friendly.

The space
LOCATION In a secluded cul-de-sac on Conwy Marina 100 yards from the Conwy (Caernarvonshire) golf course.The waterfront is close by with walks along the beach. The medieval town of Conwy is a riverside walk and Victorian resort of Llandudno is a few minutes drive away, further sandy beaches at Penmaenmawr and the lakes and mountains of Snowdonia nearby. A short walk to the beach, golf course, Conwy Mountain, excellent marina pub restaurant The Mulberry and The Mulberry Stores open from 8am-6pm Mon-Sun.

ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms of king & twin bedrooms with TV, refitted shower room with walk-in shower, sitting room, kitchen and dining area with doors to enclosed terrace. Facilities include full gas central heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and TV to both bedrooms, off road parking. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair provided. Complimentary WIFI. This is a NO SMOKING DOG FRIENDLY property. A holiday rental since 2007.
