This Treehouse style cottage is best suited for couples between 18-45 and children between 7-17 due to the steps outside and ladder into loft style secondary slepping and sitting area.

Million Dollar views at a fraction of the cost. Typically you would have to spend over $500 a night in an expensive cabin to enjoy the breathtaking views you get from our property. Our tiny houses and cottages make these breathtaking views accessible to all. And each cottage can accommodate families of up to 4 guests.
Not only that but our story book setting with country life including rabbits, horse, chickens, etc., make for an unforgettable experience.
Complimentary access to our mini-resort amenities including pool and hottub. Needless to say, just as in a hotel the pool and Hottub is shared and available for all guests. We do not have 12 pools nor 12 hottubs on our property.
(You guys won't believe how many people actually ask if their room or cottage, for which they are paying less than $200 per night, comes with a private pool and private hottub LOL)

Pet owners:
Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival.
There is a $75 fee for first pet and $50 per additional pet. There is also a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival your pet will not be allowed to stay.
Pets are never allowed on furniture, linens, or beds.
If you have a shedding dog such as a Golden Retriever or a Husky you must fully sweep and vacuum all areas or deposit will be forfeited. If hair is found in areas were pets are not allowed deposit will be forfeited.
Pet deposit and fee is due immediately upon arrival. We should not have to ask for it.
On nights were temperatures drop below freezing please leave sink with a slight drip.
Tub hot water:
Literally endless suppy of hot water!
Each room is equipped with a tankless water heater so you never have have to worry about running out of hotwater when filling the jacuzzi tub. The slower the water runs through the coils the hotter it gets.
So for the absolute hottest water you'll just be openning the hot water handle LESS for hotter, more for cooler. So in essence you will not be opening the right side cold water handle at all.
If you wish to fill up the bathtub with hotter than normal water you will have to reduce the flow to a slower output. In this case we recommend planning ahead and starting to fill up the tub 15 to 20 minutes ahead of time so that it can be full by the time you wish to get in.
