Anyone who is planning to drive in Palermo's historic centre needs to be aware of Restricted Traffic Areas, or Zona Traffico Limitato in Italian, abbreviated to ZTL. The old town centre has set up these limited traffic zones in order to reduce congestion and pollution, and there are significant fines for driving into one of these zones unauthorized.
No cars without permits can be allowed in this area. So, If you are planning on driving in the historic center of Palermo, make sure you inform me about that, so I can tell you where to take your 5-euro daily entrance ticket and how to activate it in order to get in the city centre without getting fined.
Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
There are two balconies where smoking is allowed.
