At Puamana you will find 3 different swimming pools for your enjoyment while staying at this condo. The first and most impressive is the 'Ocean Pool' located directly on the ocean's edge, you will find this pool very peaceful and serene for your quiet enjoyment. The pool located closest to the condo is called the 'Dolphin Pool' and is available for your active enjoyment, as is the third pool, the 'Mountain Pool' which is located near the badminton and tennis courts.

We meet out guests when they arrive or within a day of arrival. You have a local contact on island at anytime in case you have any issues.

Puamana is a gated 30 acre ocean front community of low rise high quality attached homes nestled along the sunny south shore of historic Lahaina Town. At Puamana, you can relax away from the crowds one would encounter at any of the large resort complexes and still have the luxury of being an easy walk or bike to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Lahaina. Savor your privacy in this oceanfront unit just 50 feet from the water's edge. You have direct access from our lanai / lawn to beach at low tide to launch stand up paddle / surf. Please note we highly recommend guests wear surf shoes or booties when accessing the ocean directly in front of unit as the ocean's floor is rocky.

Interaction with guests

This 3-story 3 bedroom town-home is an incredible spot to vacation. In each of the 3 bedrooms, you will find one queen size bed. Two of the three bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms, and the third floor loft bedroom has an en-suite half bath (there is also a powder room on the first floor). The Master bedroom located on the second floor has an impressive private sun deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. This is the perfect place to have your morning coffee, stargaze at night or enjoy a peaceful and private afternoon. You will find this unit to be upgraded with new flat-screen t.v.'s, natural stone floors, granite counter-tops, and amazing ocean views. It is the perfect place to spend your Hawaiian vacation! Please find the general guidelines you will need while visiting:

Minimum rental age 25. No smoking, no pets.

1. Registration
All guests must register their vehicle at the clubhouse Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and pay a resort fee of $ 10/night to a maximum of $100. Once you register, you have established "property privileges," or rights to use the facilities such as the pools, tennis courts, and Clubhouse. All daytime visitors must be accompanied by you and you are responsible for their following the rules.

2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be especially courteous during those hours by keeping noise to a minimum.

3. Parking
You are required to park in the covered carport stall marked with your unit number or in an uncovered stall. Parking is not permitted in a neighbors stall.

4. Garbage
Garbage should be disposed of in garbage cans in the corrals located near each unit. Garbage should be wrapped securely before placing it in the garbage cans. Lids to garbage cans should be replaced. Recycling containers are located adjacent to each trash corral.

5. Pools and Ocean
There are no lifeguards at any of Puamana's three (3) pools, nor along the beach. Each pool is equipped with a life ring, but caution is advised when using the deeper ends of the pools. The ocean can be hazardous; please read and adhere to all warning signs along the beach.

Ocean access may be obtained in front of the 128 building and the 216 building and at the Clubhouse(URL HIDDEN)The swimming pools at Puamana are for the exclusive use of residents and registered guests during the specific hours that the pools are open. Restrooms are provided adjacent to each pool. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age may not use any pool unless supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Infants must wear waterproof diapers.(URL HIDDEN)For safety purposes, no glass containers are allowed in the pool areas and smoking is prohibited in the pool areas.

6. Recreation Areas
The designated sports field by the tennis court is the only authorized location to be used for organized games and team sports. For health and safety reasons, no access is permitted to the canal at anytime except for authorized maintenance personnel. No hitting golf balls in Puamana. Climbing trees is not allowed in Puamana due to safety concerns as well as the health of our trees. Throwing objects into the mango trees to knock down fruit is forbidden.

7. Outdoor Cooking / BBQ
Please make sure your bbq is not near any structure or part of your unit. Barbecuing is also permitted at the Clubhouse. All fires must receive constant supervision. Operation of barbecues is not allowed on 2nd story decks or any other decks. "Cold" charcoal ash must be placed in a trash bag and properly disposed of in the trash bins. DO NOT dump hot coals on common areas or the beach.

8. Clubhouse
Clubhouse hours are as posted at the Clubhouse. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the Clubhouse at any time and wet swimsuits are not allowed inside the Clubhouse.

9. Tennis Court
Appropriate attire and tennis shoes must be worn on the court and Sign-up sheets for tennis court times are available at the front desk.

10. Procedure for Check-out
Check-out is 11 am. Please close all windows, turn off the a/c and lights and leave keys on the counter. Please leave the lockbox key in the lock box at all times or service of the unit if necessary and upon departure.

Very comfortable and convenient. The view straight out to the water was fantastic. This "old Hawaii" community is very well kept with lots of grassy green-spaces. A nice quiet pace.

The best way to discover and live the west Maui coast. Away from the big resorts and close enough to the action, the perfect location for a calm retreat. Sunrise and sunset give a great spectacle everyday. We also appreciated sleeping with the sound of the waves in backgroung. Also the house is very confortable and full equiped. A little piece of paradise.

View is amazing! The perfect way to spend each day on the patio looking out at Lanai watching the sunrise or sunset or catching a few rays. We had some problems with the TV and Lindsay was great about working with us to get it resolved. Kitchen was well stocked. Living Room was very comfortable for hanging out. Upstairs bedroom with patio and million dollar view was stunning. Walking distance to Lahaina town was very convenient.
