A gorgeous, bright and open floor plan, this coastal home is only a 10 minute walk (half a mile) to the sugar white sands of Vanderbilt Beach! Take a dip in your private, heated, screened in pool surrounded by trees and tropical foliage. Relax with a glass of wine and take in breathtaking sunsets on the open top deck of the house or take a stroll to the Mercato across the street for shopping, dining, & nightlife.

The neighborhood is a great beachy community. Many people can be seen walking/biking to the beach or shops. We are located just a 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, DaRuMa Japanese Restaurant, Naples newest hotspot the Mercato (shops, bars, pubs, relaxed and upscale dining, Whole Foods, etc.), The Pavilion (Paragon Movie Theatre, Local Restaurants like Fit & Fuel Cafe for excellent coffee/lattes, Skillets for breakfast/lunch, and other stores), The Ritz Carlton on the Beach, Buzz's Lighthouse, The Turtle Club, and the list goes on and on.

There is a public park about half a mile away which offers lighted Tennis Courts, Basketball courts, and Raquetball courts. There is an L.A. Fitness, and public library just over half a mile away as well. This home is perfectly situated so that you are close to more than enough to keep you busy while enjoying your vacation.
