The Building is in front of park de Belleville, Paris XXeme. The apartment is quietly located in the court yard on the 1rst floor. Perfect to chill out. The neighbourhood has the best bakery and restaurant with view and few cars passing by.

The space

Typical Parisian 1 room studio in calm and original neighbourhood. Smart and practical. I furnished it with love and its cosy and tiny, ideal for one person, but possible for 2 ;-) ! Bathroom is inside! You will be sleeping on a sofa bed that can open up for two, what else, just ask.

Guest access

All equipment is fully accessible to the visitor, as kitchen utilities and high speed internet access. You can have all privacy needed after a long day in Paris.

Interaction with guests

The studio will be entirely up to the visitor, while I am abroad. That means you will get in touch with me or my friend to arrange a save arrival, or I will leave the keys accessible in my preferred restaurant, so that the check in time doesn't really matter besides the opening hours of the restaurant (till midnight no problem). With the keys I will provide a users manual for Internet access and any other important information about the access to the building. The bathroom light switch is hidden in the architecture e.g. …

Other things to note

You will be staying at my home, while I am abroad (which I am often) so don't expect a hotel room nor room sercive. I will always provide fresh towels and bed sheets as a cleaned up space … Thats why i need 2 days notice beforehand.

Respect towards my private affairs and lifestyle.

The studio is practical and small, so everything has its function and place. No PARTY please. there are lots of places in 5 min. walking distance to do so. If you have question about visiting Paris our search machine friend on the web will be answering quicker than I would ever be able to…for trouble shooting with Internet or other stuff regarding the apartment don't hesitate - I am somewhere online and will try to help you.

Most important: enjoy your trip.

Juliana was an absolutely perfect host: arriving into Paris, tired from a twenty hour train journey, it felt like being welcomed by a warm friend to be received by her - big smiles and mountains of great advice. The studio is really stylish, and furnished in a very charming way - for me highlights are the balcony to the courtyard and the cute Parisian character throughout. The area itself was also something very special for me - amazing street art and a great community neighbourhood feel. Right across the street you have a great vista of Paris with the Eiffel Tower taking centre stage. Also, the Buttes Chaumont park is just a hop skip and a jump away and - I think - one of the best nature things to do in Paris, so don't miss that if you take a stay here. Juliana couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Ten out of ten!

Small and cozy studio, located in a nice neighborhood inside Paris. I've been there for 3 months while studying, and it had everything I needed : a small kitchen, private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Laundry is also a few meters away (in Paris, don't expect a studio with laundry machine inside, they are very rare). If you're looking for a calm place to stay without expending much money, I would recommend Juliana's studio. Don't expect luxury, of course, for that, in Paris, you will go bankrupt. There is small markets and food places nearby that are open until very late (I once came home 2am and they were still open), and are not very expensive. A nice bakery is located a few meters away (there are 3 bakeries nearby, but the closest is the best of them). In the front of the building there is a park. You can view the Eiffel Tower from there.

Juliana's place was situated in a lovely area of town that wasn't crazy bustling, but still a great location - near a cute little bar, close to the metro, and on the upper ledge of the Parc de Belleville that overlooks the city. Simple accommodations, but for those that don't need anything extravagant (and why would you when you're probably going to spend the day seeing the city), this spot is quaint and totally suits a traveler's needs. Juliana was clear with her instructions, and so good about being in touch with me the first day when I couldn't get the wifi to work. So thankful!

Juliana was a great host. I only stayed there for two days but we met for a beer at the nearest café the first time and she offered to show me around the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is not the best one but it is far from being the worst one and the street by the apartment is probably one of the more spectacular sights to see with a view over the whole city. and a public park right outside your doorstep you can't go wrong. The apartment itself was very good, very small classical paris studio apartment. Everything was as promised and I had a great time there. Overall I loved it there and I will definately check if this apartment is available if I ever go back Thank you.

Juliana was not just a host to me, but a friend also. She did everything to make my stay in Paris enjoyable. The apartment itself might be small, but great as a place to crash. Neighbourhood is quite nice, with some nice restaurants and cafes. Juliana, thanks again!
