Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.

The space
Say no to tacky island McMansions. This petite cottage lives large, with lots of outdoor living spaces -- a front porch big enough for sitting, a screened porch, and a large deck that wraps around the back. Because no one comes to an island to stay indoors. The house has tall ceilings to keep the interior cool and make the space airy; and plenty of windows to let in natural light. It's on a wooded lot in the island's coastal forest, in the area of town where the locals live.

Henry's House is in the area of the island known as The Trees. It's behind the dunes, in a coastal forest, and it's where the locals live. It's like Mayberry at the beach. There's a charter boat captain living two doors down, a family that runs a local restaurant living behind us, and a teacher at the local school living next door.
